This Subscription Policy explains how subscriptions work within the Innie mobile application (“App”) operated by Ora Labs, Inc. (“Ora Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1Subscription
Ora Labs may offer access to certain features of the App for a recurring fee (“Subscription”).
Innie Subscriptions are intended and authorized only for personal, non-transferable, not-for-resale use.
By purchasing a Subscription, you agree to an initial and recurring Subscription fee at the then-current rate, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel your Subscription. Your Subscription continues until canceled by you or until we terminate your access to or use of the App or Subscription in accordance with our Terms of Use.
You may cancel your Subscription at any time, subject to the terms of the Cancellation section below.
Automatic renewal: Once you subscribe, your Subscription fee will be automatically charged on each renewal date through Apple’s payment system. Your Subscription fee will continue to be processed at the then-current rate until you cancel. See the Cancellation section below for how to cancel.
2Cancellation
Canceling your Subscription means that automatic renewal will be disabled, but you will still have access to all Subscription features for the remaining time of your current billing period.
Important: Deleting the App does not cancel your Subscription.
To cancel a Subscription or free trial purchased through the App Store: You can cancel at any time by turning off auto-renewal through your Apple ID account settings. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial or current subscription period. Only you can manage your subscriptions.
